Tips for Canon Printer IP 1600/1700/1880

When we’re printing something, it says the ink has runs out, Want to buy a new cartridge? oh .. very expensive, eventually buying ink for the injection or refill ink. With the hope of fully charged and the indicator ink ink full back again (in our logic, if a full ink mark on the indicator should be full as well). But hope just hope, when we fill the ink is full, it turns out our Computer reported that the ink in the cartridge is still out, eventually confusion, panic … when the job is still much to be printed.

Actually, when we give the print command, (the ink has been re-occupied) the computer will provide information that the cartridge is empty and indicators are on the run out of ink, and the only active button for the click is the “CANCEL PRINT“.

This is our weakness or due to panic us so lazy to read, Let us read the text and try.  There is a clue: “… Please push the resume button 5 Seconds or cancel your printing jobs” … etc, which means: press the resume button (the button position is located at the bottom of the power button) for 5 seconds or more, or press cancel to cancel your print command .

Tips & trick
“Press resume button for 5 seconds, we usually hit up to 10 seconds. because sometimes by pressing 5 seconds still fail. “(probably wrong in calculating the time: D)

Conclusion
Basically, the computer always displays the information what to do (What We Must Do) but in general we have experienced confusion so that makes us rush and ignore the instructions (Pop Up) on our computer. Tips and tricks is almost applicable to all types of canon (Non Chipset) only have a few different treatments such as in the model PSC (Multifunction) is not the resume button is pressed, but could have a stop button, or reset or a copy button. (Please always read the information that appeared on the computer).

Tips and tricks it does happen and we have experienced in almost all our customers, hopefully this post can help those of you who are far away from the computer or printer shop service center. Insha Allah, will be posted also a picture that supports this paper.

INDONESIA VERSION

Lagi ngeprint eh tinta habis, Mau beli cartridge baru? wih.. mahal, jadi akhirnya beli tinta buat di suntik atau di refill. Dengan harapan tinta terisi penuh dan indikator tinta balik penuh lagi (logika kita secara awam, kalau tintanya penuh mestinya indikatornya penuh juga dong…). Tetapi harapan hanya sekedar harapan, saat tinta sudah kita isi penuh, ternyata Komputer kita melaporkan bahwa tinta dalam catridge habis, akhirnya bingung, panik… padahal pekerjaan masih banyak yang harus dicetak.

Sebenarnya saat kita memberikan perintah cetak, (kondisi tinta sudah kembali terisi) komputer akan memberikan informasi bahwa cartridge masih kosong dan indikator tinta berada pada posisi habis, dan satu-satunya tombol yang aktif untuk di klik adalah “CANCEL PRINT”.

Ini adalah kelemahan kita atau akibat kepanikan kita sehingga males baca, Coba kita baca tulisan tersebut dan coba terjemahkan (diperlukan kamus Inggris-Indonesia, he he he). Disitu dituliskan : “…Please push resume button 5 Seconds or cancel your printing job”…dst, yang artinya : tekan tombol resume (diprinter ada dibagian bawah power) selama 5 detik atau lebih, atau tekan cancel untuk membatalkan perintah cetak anda.

Tips & Triknya
“Tekan tombol resume selama kurang lebih 5 detik, kami biasanya menekan hingga waktu 10 detik. karena terkadang dengan menekan 5 detik gagal.” (mungkin salah ngitung )

Kesimpulan
Pada dasarnya, komputer selalu menampilkan informasi apa yang harus dilakukan (What must we do) tetapi sudah pada umumnya kepanikan kita membuat kita menjadi terburu-buru dan mengabaikan tulisan² (Pop Up) pada komputer kita. Tips dan trik ini hampir berlaku pada semua tipe canon (Non Chipset) hanya mempunyai beberapa perlakuan yang berbeda seperti misalnya pada model PSC (Multi Fungsi) bukan tombol resume yang ditekan, tapi bisa saja tombol stop, atau reset atau copy. (Harap selalu di baca informasi yang nongol di komputer).

Tips dan trik ini memang terjadi dan kita alami di hampir seluruh customer kami, semoga dengan tulisan² ini bisa membantu teman² yang jauh dari Toko Komputer atau tempat Servisan. Insya Allah, nanti akan dipostingkan juga gambar² yang memang mendukung informasi diatas (prosedur).
